Southville Primary School is a three form entry school which means that there are 3 classes of students per year group (90 pupils).
Our nursery holds 50 pupils for a morning session.

Due to being a community school, the local authority decides who we admit in Reception to Year 6 and thus applications should be made through them - information below. Nursery applications are made directly to us.

If you do not live in the London Borough of Hounslow, you will need to apply through your own council.
If you are interested in applying for a place at Southville Nursery, applications open in January.
In order to apply, you need to complete the Application Form and return it to the School Office or email us at admissions@southville.hounslow.sch.uk. Paper copies of the application form are available in the School Office while applications are open.
Please remember to submit a copy of Proof of Address (eg Council Tax Bill, Tenancy Agreement) and your Child's Birth Certificate with your form. We will not be able to accept your application if you do not have these attached. If you are submitting a paper copy, you can bring in the originals and we will photocopy them for you.

Children cannot be admitted before the school year in which they reach the age of four.
Our nursery currently offers free 15-hour places in the morning. We do not facilitate 30-hour provisions.

To apply for a place at our school, you must apply online using Hounslow's eAdmissions before 15th January 2024.
If you are looking to transfer your child from another school to ours, you must apply through Hounslow eAdmissions. Here is some information about in year admissions.
Due to admissions from Reception to Year 6 being controlled by London Borough of Hounslow, submitting a transfer request does not guarantee you a place at Southville.

Late Applications |
Submitting a late application greatly reduces your chance of getting a place at one of your preferred schools. Late applications will be processed after the first allocation of places to on-time applicants on 16 April 2020.

Hounslow’s criteria on Priority Applications:
Children with a Statement of Special Educational Needs (SEN) or an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) that names the school will be allocated a place before any other allocations are made.
