Southville Primary - Learning today for the world of tomorrow

Southville Primary is closed until Friday 5th March

Following the government announcement on Wednesday 30th December 2020, all schools will be closed until after the February half term.

Remote Learning will start for all children on Tuesday 5th January on Google Classroom. (Log in details stapled in Home School Diaries).

School will be open for children of critical workers, children with EHCPs and and vulnerable pupils only from Tuesday 5th January.  Parents must have had their child's place confirmed before bringing them to school.

Starting Nursery in 2021

This year due to Covid-19, the borough is discouraging parent/carers  to attend the school to collect the application forms; so they have made an editable version and printable version of the Nursery admission form.

The brochure, flyer and application forms will be available on the Nursery class page on the Hounslow website from 1st January 2021.

Parent/carers can return the application via email directly to the school with the scanned documents to:
admissions@Southville.hounslow.sch.uk

or if they rather print the form and return by post to:
Southville Primary School
Bedfont Lane
Feltham

Applications need to be returned by:
Wednesday 7th May

Increasing data allowances on mobile devices

The government have announced a scheme for increasing data allowances on mobile devices to support disadvantaged children.
This scheme temporarily increases data allowances for mobile phone users on certain networks.
This is so that children and young people can access remote education if their face-to-face education is disrupted.

Children with access to a mobile phone on one of the following networks might be able to benefit:
• Three
• Smarty
• Virgin Mobile
• EE
• Tesco Mobile
• Sky Mobile

17/01/21 New providers:
• O2
• Vodafone

Other providers may join the scheme at a later stage.

Please read the letter Increasing Data Allowances below for more details

Complete the form below if you are part of one of the mentioned networks and feel as though your child's Remote Learning experience would benefit from an increased data allowance.
